Privacy Policy
Bhuvedam (“we”, “our”) is an agriculture assistant app for farmers in India. This policy explains what data we collect and how you can delete your account.
Data we collect
- Account: name, mobile number, password (stored hashed)
- Farm profile: location labels, land details, crops you save in My Farm
- App usage: AI questions you ask, so we can answer; device push token for alerts
- Optional: photos or voice you send to AI features
How we use data
- To run your account and show farm tools (weather, mandi, schemes, field measure)
- To answer your AI questions using your profile context only
- To send farm alerts you opt into
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data
- We do not share one farmer’s private farm or chat data with another farmer
Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Bhuvedam account at any time:
- Open the Bhuvedam Android app
- Go to Profile
- Tap Delete account and confirm
This removes your account, farm records, and related server data. It cannot be undone. You can also email support@bhuvedam.com for help.
